On June 15, 2002, The Little Corner Breadshop piloted the first pandesal from their oven. People from the market smelled the aroma of freshly baked bread. In a little time the bakeshop became so popular in the area, because they were the only bakeshop to produce freshly baked bread every hour. That's how it all  started with The Little Corner Breadshop.
